The Hand in Hand programme for school staff

The project goal of the HAND in HAND programme for school staff is to develop a set of learning activities (a combination of personal development activities and classroom-based activities) to increase the SEI competencies of school staff, including their relational competence. The programme will be developed within the consortium based on the extensive expertise of VIA University College. The programme content will be aligned with the project’s aims and core concepts.
